The organization launched its first subscription-based digital product in Q1 2023, creating a new recurring revenue stream built on decades of proprietary data. Early demos generated strong interest from enterprise leaders and were frequently compared favorably to established competitors like Gartner. The work laid the foundation for long-term product growth while the internal product team scaled.
This revenue growth consultancy helps enterprise organizations scale through data-driven insights. As they expanded their product organization and onboarded their first Chief Product Officer, they set out to transform existing research and services into a scalable, asynchronous digital product that could increase lifetime value and reduce reliance on high-touch consulting.
I led design strategy and early execution across research, product definition, and prototyping. My role spanned:

As the product matured, I transitioned day-to-day execution to a senior designer while maintaining strategic direction and design quality.

Designed to support advisors in guiding clients, bringing together assessments, benchmarks, and recommendations into a single, efficient interface for collaboration and execution.
Designed to help executives quickly understand how their performance compares to peers and industry leaders, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that support confident decision-making.
I co-led research with product, prioritizing interviews with consultants closest to executive buyers to rapidly build domain understanding. We tested early platform concepts with this group to validate the emerging product vision before expanding research further.
I defined the experience strategy around clear, comparable insights. Peer benchmarking was central to the product’s value, especially for executive users making decisions with multi-year impact. Visualization choices prioritized clarity, accessibility, and speed of interpretation.
Given brand uncertainty, I designed an intentionally agnostic UI system that could absorb brand evolution without rework. This allowed the team to move forward while the brand was still being finalized.
The information architecture evolved alongside discovery. My focus was creating a structure that could scale with new content, features, and data without requiring disruptive redesigns.
